Closing Account
The departure of a team's member had to be notified to Computer Support Group by a team's Project Leader (or representative) mail. This mail specify :
- The effective date of team's member departure,
- Eventually the next email address of the user (if he knows it) where the user's Cerfacs mail can be forwarded for a period of two months.
- If the user can bring with him the datas contained in his home directory with no restrictions.
- If this user will continue to work with Cerfacs in next six months (see last paragraph).

- Will invalidate user's login,
- Will keep all user's data on-line,
- Will keep user email or forward it if an alternative address has been communicated,
- Will give a copy of his home directory to the user on Project Leader agreement only.
- All user's data will be archived,
- User account will be discarded.
- If user's connection to Cerfacs has to be maintained. In case of external user's connection the user has to fill the Cerfacs Network Access Request form (Contact CSG). The default value is no.
- If this user continue to access to Cerfacs central computers and/or external computers resources. The default value is no.
- If all user's data had to be kept on-line. The default value is for a two months delay.
- If a forward email adress has to be implemented. The default value is for a two month delay.
