With about 100 engineers and researchers, and through diverse links within the academic community (through joint laboratories with CNRS and INRIA) as well as with industrial partners, CERFACS has the ambition of reinforcing its position as an actor in High Performance Computing (HPC) ftraining for engineers, PhD and Post-Doctoral students.
Two types of training sessions are proposed by CERFACS:
The sessions are held at CERFACS, taught throughout the year by people currently involved in the most advanced scientific programs in HPC computing (algorithmic, CFD, climate, etc) or by their computing support team. CERFACS' teachers are trained to enhance their codes performances on the most powerful or advanced computers in the world.
