algotitle package has to be included in the TeXfile
Image for the Cerfacs logo : eps and png
Image for the Algo Team logo : eps and png

Remarks

For including the title, author and TR number use the commands
\ATtitle, \ATauthor and \ATnumber right after \author  command

Update the algotitle.sty to match your image format  (.eps, .png, .jpeg, etc.)
