Training and Support

PALM has a very friendly graphical user interface and the coupler has been designed to set up a parallel dynamic coupling in a very intuitive way. Nevertheless it offers so many possibilities and tuning that a new user generally needs to attend a training course illustrating the main features of the coupler and allowing an extensive hands on experience with the software.

The basic training course lasts three days and it is held periodically at CERFACS or on demand at the users' place.
Customised training sessions on specific application domains are organised on demand.
