CONFERENCE SERVICES
During
your stay in Toulouse and while participating in the MUSAF workshop,
different services will be provided to all participants to ensure that
everyone enjoys the city and the different talks.
Shuttle
Service
The conference will offer a free shuttle service to and from the city centre to the CIC. On the last day of the meeting a shuttle to Toulouse Blagnac airport will also be offered.

- Morning schedule departures on the 18th, 19th and 20th: 07:15 - shuttle from the city centre to the CIC.
- Evening schedule departure on the 18th: 19:00 - shuttle from the CIC to the city centre.
- Evening schedule departure on the the 19th: 17:00 - shuttle from the CIC to the city centre.
- Evening
schedule departure on the 20th: 17:00 - shuttle from the CIC to the
city
centre and shuttle from the CIC to Toulouse Blagnac airport.
A380 Assembly Line Tour
For the participants doing the A380 assembly
line tour on the 19th, transportation is offered by AIRBUS from the CIC
to AIRBUS at 17h00 and back to the CIC or the city centre.
Internet Access
Free internet access will be available during the workshop.
