Files of data : grids.nc, masks.nc, areas.nc

If the interpolation is SCRIPR/CONSERVATIVE, the corners must be given in the file grids.nc.
The file areas.nc is mandatory for CHECKIN, CHECKOUT or CONSERV.

The file anaisout must be removed before a new run.
There is a possibility to write the files grids.nc, masks.nc .... when Oasis3 is monoproc (see oasis3/lib/clim/src/CLIM_Init_Oasis ) . Oasis3 checks if the grids.nc exits. If grids.nc exists, it is assumed that all other files exist too. If it does not exists, it is assumed that all the files have to be constructed.

For the conservative remaping with the SCRIP library, it is possible to use a coordinate transformation (using a Lambert azimuthal equivalent projection) to treat polar cells more accurately (above a fixed latitude).
