Routine prismdrv_set_smioc_info (id_err)
Subroutine "PRISMDrv_set_smioc_info" sets the information got through the extraction of information in the smioc files.

Called only by the master (PRISM_root) of the Transformer
CARREFULL : PRISM_root = 0, defined in comm_drv_local
                             PRISMdrv_root : master defined in comm_drv_global (= MPI_COMM_WORLD)
