Routine prismtrs_trs_remap_conserv (grid1_size, grid2_size, grid1_corners, grid2_corners, id_src_lonlatz_size, id_index_size1, &

id_epio_id, id_interp_id, id_idim, num_wts, id_err)

Subroutine "prismtrs_remap_conserv" computes weights with a 2d conservative remapping method, derived from the SCRIP 1.4 library available from Los Alamos National Laboratory.

We go over the grid 1 (source) and then over the grid 2 (target).

id_index_size1=il_index_size1 = SUM(Drv_Epios(id_epio_id)%nbsrccells_pertgtpt) is defined in prismtrs_interp.
