Personal documentation of all the problems encountered and
correspondence by email in english with our german associates
Creation and update of wiki pages on the TRAC of OASIS4
Compilation of OASIS4 and run of examples on the Linux cluster
TORNADO at DKRZ, and on the IBM power 6 Vargas at Idris
2 weeks at LOCEAN at Paris in October 2009 to participate with Eric
Maisonnave to the construction of a coupled model with OASIS4 between
ECHAM and NEMO
- Creation of the makefile to compile on Vargas
- Creation of a toy exchanging the coupling fields of the real
coupled models on the real grids to test the configuration (smioc,
interpolations ...)
1 week at Bremerhaven to participate with Eric Maisonnave to the
construction of the coupled model
Development of the environment for the tutorial on OASIS3 of
January 2010.
Participation to the training on OASIS3 of January 2010.
Test the GUI of OASIS4 (written by Jean-Marie Epitalon) and write the
GUI user guide and a summary of one page for the EGU.
Test of
all the examples of OASIS4 on different platforms (https://oasistrac.cerfacs.fr/wiki/OASIS4Examples)
Construction of
an environment for the users to create their restart files from the
restart files of OASIS3.
Work on AR5 project :
- Test of all the interpolations of the coupled CNRM-CERFACS model
- Update
the web pages of the Atlas of the simulations
- Run and
modify the script run_fa2nc to post-treat the output of the atmospheric
model Arpege and write a note on it (with Marie-Pierre Moine)
- Run the
script run_cnrm2safo to adapt the results obtained by run_fa2nc at CAMI
to get the Atlas
