Fluid turbulence energy spectra

spectre_X performs fluid turbulence energy spectra (3D and 1D).

Input :

gas data file at NTMIX format (file="RUN.p000.r8")

Output :

3D spectrum "spec_3d"
1D spectra "spec_x1", "spec_y1", "spec_z1"

Present Platforme :

NEC SX5, Monoprocessor

Internal :

you need the MAT48.inc file
to be modified inside the source :

                m1 (=NX)
                m2 (=NY)
                m3 (=NZ)
                mmax
                nspec (number of points for the 3D spectrum)
                nspecx (number of points for the 1D spectrum in the x-direction)
                nspecy (number of points for the 1D spectrum in the y-direction)
                nspecz (number of points for the 1D spectrum in the z-direction)

Warning :

Calculations are made assuming the isotropy of the fluid field. spectre_X has to be modified to account for anisotropy (line 333-... : CALL spectux(...,cur,cur,cur,...) CALL spect3d(...,cur,cur,cur,...) CALL spectuy(...,cur,cur,cur,...) CALL spectuz(...,cur,cur,cur,...) ).
