Experience

Since 2005
Senior Researcher at CERFACS in the CFD Team.
  • Research work for industries (Airbus, ONERA, SNECMA / Turbomeca)
  • Research and development of new capabilities inside the elsA code
  • Contracts with CERFACS' shareholders, DPAC, EADS foundation, EEC...
  • Support to elsA users / developers at CERFACS (PhD students, engineers, post-doc)
2003 - 2005
Research engineer at Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique / Centre d’Etudes Scientifiques et Techniques d’Aquitaine.
  • Research work on CFD codes for atmospheric reentry (Ares, Galadriel and Thot)
  • Strongly coupled simulations of radiation and aerodynamic (technique built on a mathematical modelling based on radiation moments and entropy closure)
  • Work on Mars entry for CNES and ESA
2001-2003
Post-doctoral position at CERFACS.
  • Simulation of wakes (European Project C-WAKE PCRD GDR1-1999-10332),
  • Wall functions in elsA
  • Hypersonic laminar flows in chemical equilibrium (development and validation of the modifications of boundary conditions in NSMB).
