*** Flight Attendant Turbulence Survey

As part of a NASA funded project, Search Technology is developing a real-time turbulence assessment system. Flight attendant input is critical to this design process. This survey will be used to investigate how flight attendants gather and use information concerning turbulence. Your participation is deeply appreciated. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. It is not necessary to give your name at any point. You may decline to answer any of the questions in this survey. All surveys will be de-identified and all information obtained from any individual survey will be kept confidential by Search Technology and NASA.
