Up to Specific issues in real coupled models
Hi, I am trying to change the partition type of the WaveWatch model from serial to points partition, but I receive an error: MCT::m_SparseMatrixPlus:: FATAL--length of vector x different from column count of sMat.Length of x = 288 Number of columns in sMat = 1324137 Does this mean that the remap file has to change? Will it depend on the number of processor used to run the model (288 above is the number of processors I am using)? Is there a limit to the number of points in the partition? Does the number of points used by each processor have to be the same?
