Missing imports in pyOASIS code

Hi,

While working with the pyOASIS interface, I stumbled over the following problem: Some functions in `mod_oasis_grid.py`raise `pyoasis.PyOasisException`, but the `pyoasis` module is never imported in this file. Hence, you get a `NameError` instead of the correct `PyOasisException`.

I guess this is easily corrected by importing the pyoasis module.
