Coupling between NEMO-LIM and MAR

Hi,

I am working with Pierre-Vincent Huot on the NEMO-LIM and MAR coupling. We came to Cerfacs more than one year ago. We would like to do remapping tests again because the MAR's grid has changed. We are defining some new files grids.nc, masks.nc and areas.nc.

We know that the corners of the the cells must be defined in the counterclockwise sense but from which border ? And also in the case of MAR, the grid is rotated of 140 degrees around x, does this change anything ?

The corners of the cells must indeed be defined in the counterclockwise sense starting by any corner :
